Dinah Rodrigues, a Yoga instructor from Brazil, developed ‘Hormone Yoga Therapy’, a natural method to boost estrogen levels. According to her research with 150 women, Hormone Yoga will reactivate hormone production even well past their fifties. Also, young women who entered premature menopause or have the symptoms of low hormones can find a solution to correct that situation.
Practicing her exercises, I experienced the decrease of symptoms like hot flashes, hair loss, mood swings and dry skin, I was able to reduce my thyroid medication tremendously. Thus, leading to more vitality and well-being.
Being inspired, I became certified as a Hormone Yoga Therapy instructor by Dinah in the summer of 2017 and now look forward to sharing what I learned with you.
